At WatermarkRemover.AI, we believe in flexibility and transparency. This Cancellation Policy outlines how you can manage your subscriptions, cancel your account, and what happens to your data and access rights upon cancellation.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your subscription at any time. Here is how the process works:

  • How to Cancel: You can cancel your recurring subscription directly from your Account Dashboard under the "Billing" or "Subscription" settings. Alternatively, you may contact our support team at +9231579s27656 with your account details to request cancellation.
  • Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least **24 hours** before your next scheduled renewal date.

2. Effects of Cancellation

Understanding what happens after you cancel is important:

  • Access Continuation: Upon cancellation, your premium access and unused credits will remain valid until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.
  • Downgrade to Free: After your current billing cycle expires, your account will automatically be downgraded to our free tier (if available), limiting your access to premium features and processing speeds.

3. Permanent Account Deletion

  • Requesting Deletion: If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you can do so via the "Delete Account" option in your profile settings. This action is irreversible.
  • Data Removal: Upon account deletion, all your personal data, purchase history, and API keys will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
